The PDF I had on my phone wasn’t accepted, initially but the staff there but they were understanding and helpful and allowed me entry. I just feel the ticket issue process could have been better, from the provider. As all my previous Viator tours have been. That having been said, the experience of my visit to the Tokyo Sky Tower was very enjoyable and well worth a visit.”

“Wouldn’t recommend!! Do not pre book this activity. I did and the day came and the visibility was non existent. I took pictures and sent them to get a refund and I was told no. So the company took my money and we saw nothing. If you are thinking of going wait until you are there and book directly with the skytree reception when you get there. That way if the weather is bad you will not waste money”
