“The tour leader was very informative on the meat and sake. I felt it was a good start into learning about sake. The courses itself were okay - some better than others but it isn’t an 8 course Wagyu. There was around 3 or 4 actual Wagyu courses, the others were not. I don’t feel it was value for money and I didn’t enjoy some cuts of the meat as they were very fatty. Sake wasn’t to my tasting but I’m glad I’ve tried it and all the different variations! A great tour and experience but I enjoyed the enthusiasm and atmosphere the tour guide provided rather than the sake…”
